Please note that the LAST FOUR DIGITS of your 10-digit presentation ID number you received with your abstract will be your reference number throughout the Conference. Please reference that number on all correspondence and forms.

In order to give you as much time as possible to create your final manuscript, we have created the Technical Digest Manuscript Submission to be a two-step process.

STEP 1

A. Complete and submit the Paper Information and Keyword/Author Index Form on the website by 5 March 2007. Please submit only one electronic form per accepted paper.

This electronic form will acknowledge your acceptance to present your paper at the INSS 2007 Conference and to meet all the deadlines pertaining to your presentation. It will also provide us with the necessary information to list your paper in the promotional brochure announcing the Conference Technical Program, on the website and in the Technical Digest. The deadline to receive your electronic acknowledgement via the website is by the end of the day, Monday, 5 March 2007.

B. Prepare Manuscript
Attached are the Author's Technical Digest Preparation Guidelines, inss2007-latextemplate.zip and INSS-07 Template.rtf. These documents include instructions to assist you with preparing a camera-ready paper for publication in the Technical Digest. Please read the requirements carefully.

STEP 2

DUE DATE - 3 April 2007
A. Create PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress

Your manuscript MUST be converted to a PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress. Download “INSS-07 IEEE PDF INSTRUCTIONS” for detailed information. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for IEEE to process your request. If you do not save your PDF using IEEE eXpress your paper will not be accepted. Please make sure that you do not have double images and that all tables and chart lines are heavy and distinguishable. We are requesting gray scale or black and white photos and images only. The Technical Digest is printed in black and white.

Upload Final Manuscript PDF received from IEEE PDF eXpress. Name your file ID.pdf, where ID denotes the reference number (the LAST FOUR DIGITS of your 10-digit presentation ID number). Please contact us if you cannot locate your number.

-- Two (2) hardcopy Manuscripts of your paper for the Technical Digest stapled in the top left corner. The hardcopy must match identically to the electronic PDF that you submitted to the web-site. Please include your Reference number (the LAST FOUR DIGITS of your 10-digit presentation ID number) on top right corner of paper in PENCIL. Do NOT put reference number on PDF.

-- Completed and signed "IEEE Copyright Release Form". Original signed form is MANDATORY for inclusion in the Technical Digest, it is not acceptable as an electronic document, as signature is required. Please include Reference number on top right corner of paper in PENCIL.
