Pre-registration will close on 26 May 2008. After 26 May 2008 all prospective attendees will register on-site at the standard rate. Please bring this registration form with payment to on-site registration.

Registration Fee includes admission to the conference, a copy of book of proceedings, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, conference tour and one banquet ticket as well as a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All registration should be accompanied by full payment of registration fees by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation should be notified in writing. Following cancellation charges will apply:

Cancellation before May 30	Full refund. (However, in case of payment by bank transfer, bank charges will be deducted from the amount.)
Cancellation after June 1	No refund

It is not possible to buy the extra tickets of tour and banquet on web site
in this system, but on site, it is OK.

Extra ticket prices are 8,000 yen for banquet and 2,000 yen for tour.
