Attending INSS 2012

This page will provide general information on the venue, accommodation, registration etc. Note that this version of the page is not complete yet but will be updated duly.

Registration

Please visit our registration site to register for the INSS 2012 Conference. The registration category are as follows:

Early Registration (by May 10th, 2012)

Full Registration (IEEE Member) 450 EUR
Full Registration (Non IEEE Member) 600 EUR
Student Registration 300 EUR

Late/Onsite Registration (After May 10th, 2012)

Full Registration (IEEE Member) 575 EUR
Full Registration (Non IEEE Member) 750 EUR
Student Registration 400 EUR

Venue

The main conference will be held in the Lindner Hotel which is located close to Antwerp's main station. The venue for the conference reception and the workshops will be the Alcatel-Lucent office building right next to the conference hotel.

Visa

In case you require a Visa to travel to Belgium for INSS please collect the necessary information in advance. More information on Visa for Belgium can be found on this site. Note that Belgium belongs to the Schengen Area so a Schengen Visa is valid for traveling to Belgium.

Should you require an invitation letter for you Visa application please contact the general chair. Provide all necessary details like your date of birth, passport number etc.

Accommodation

For INSS 2012 attendees there is a discount available at the conference Hotel. If you want to stay in the Lindner Hotel and get the special rate please use this form for your booking. Submit it via email or fax directly to the Hotel before May 7th 2012.
